These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and zz22 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the zz22 website, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account if one has been opened. Continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of the Terms as they stand at the time of each visit, including any amendments that have been published.

To register and use the zz22 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. Failure to meet any requirement is grounds for account suspension or termination.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. The Platform strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time.
• You must be physically located in Bangladesh at the time of account registration and during the use of Platform services. Users located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not eligible to participate.
• You must register using accurate and complete personal information, including your genuine full name, a valid Bangladesh mobile number and a unique password. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms.
• You must hold only one account at any given time. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balance forfeited.

zz22 reserves the right to conduct identity and age verification checks at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at the point of a withdrawal request. The Platform may place temporary holds on accounts or funds pending verification. Accounts that fail verification or where documentation is found to be fraudulent will be permanently closed.

Each User may hold only one registered account on the zz22 Platform. Your account is personal to you and may not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any other individual. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials, whether or not such activity was authorised by you.

You are required to keep your login credentials — including your registered mobile number and password — confidential at all times. You must notify zz22 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. zz22 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. When registering, you must:

• Provide a valid Bangladesh mobile number that you own and control. This number will be used for account verification, password recovery and withdrawal processing.
• Choose a unique password of sufficient complexity. Do not reuse passwords from other services. zz22 recommends a minimum of eight characters including mixed case letters, numbers and a special character.
• Complete the account verification process when requested. Unverified accounts may have restricted access to withdrawal functionality until verification is satisfactorily completed.
• Promptly update your account details if any of your registered information changes, including your contact mobile number.

All financial transactions on the zz22 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are processed via the payment methods supported by zz22 at the time of the transaction, which include bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay, subject to availability. zz22 does not charge fees on deposits. Third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction terms; the User is responsible for reviewing those terms.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. This policy exists to prevent fraud and protect account holders. The minimum withdrawal amount and processing times are published on the Platform and may be updated periodically. zz22 targets processing withdrawal requests within five minutes for bKash and Nagad transfers but does not guarantee processing time due to factors outside its control, including third-party payment network conditions.

zz22 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. This includes, but is not limited to, proof of identity, proof of the payment method used for deposit, and confirmation that wagering requirements attached to any bonus funds have been met. Withdrawals of bonus funds that have not met their applicable wagering requirement will not be approved.

zz22 may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards and other incentives at its sole discretion. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each offer at the time the promotion is made available. Where a conflict exists between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term will prevail in respect of that promotion only.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions unless explicitly overridden by promotion-specific terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. New-account bonuses are limited to one per person and one per device or household unless stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be wagered in accordance with the rollover requirement before any portion of those funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The rollover multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in that promotion's specific terms.
• zz22 reserves the right to cancel or amend any promotion at any time without prior notice if, in zz22's reasonable judgment, the promotion is being abused, exploited or accessed by ineligible users.
• Bonus funds may not be used to meet minimum balance requirements for withdrawal purposes unless the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.

All bets and wagers placed on the zz22 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sports market as published within the Platform. In the event of a technical failure or error during a game session or sports event, zz22 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the stake to the User's account balance. No compensation or additional payment will be made in connection with a technical failure beyond the return of the stake.

Results for live casino games are determined by the outcomes delivered by the respective game provider's certified RNG or live dealer procedures. zz22 does not modify or influence game outcomes. Sports betting results are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant governing body of each sport. Disputes regarding cricket match results will be resolved by reference to official ICC or BCB records as applicable.

A bet is final and cannot be amended or cancelled once it has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform. Users are responsible for reviewing the details of each bet — including the selection, stake amount and market type — before confirming. zz22 is not responsible for bets placed in error by the User.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zz22 Platform. Any User found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, any winnings voided, and any remaining balance forfeited to the extent permitted by applicable law. zz22 may also pursue civil or criminal remedies where appropriate. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in registering a duplicate account, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing restrictions.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software exploits, or any artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sports betting market.
• Colluding with other players to fix outcomes, share cards, exchange information during live games, or manipulate betting markets.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds that are the proceeds of illegal activity, including but not limited to fraud, theft, money laundering, or any activity prohibited under the laws of Bangladesh.
• Providing false personal information at any stage of the account registration or verification process, including falsely claiming to be of eligible age or claiming residency in Bangladesh when not physically present.

zz22 employs fraud detection systems and conducts regular audits of account activity. Patterns consistent with prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension pending investigation. Funds associated with an account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may be seized in their entirety.

zz22 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment for all registered players. The Platform operates strictly for players aged 21 and above. zz22 supports responsible gaming through a set of player-controlled tools available within the account settings area. These tools include the ability to set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits, to request a temporary cooling-off period during which no deposits may be made, and to apply for self-exclusion from the Platform for a defined period or indefinitely.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without express written permission from zz22 is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zz22 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses or damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits or business interruption, whether arising in contract, tort or otherwise. zz22's aggregate liability to any User in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User to the Platform in the thirty days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

zz22 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from errors or that any defects will be corrected within a specific timeframe. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to Users in advance where practicable. zz22 is not responsible for the quality, reliability or availability of third-party payment networks including bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay, and is not liable for delays or failures attributable to those networks.

zz22 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, zz22 will publish the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised effective date and will endeavour to notify registered Users via their registered mobile number or by a notice displayed upon login. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms you must cease using the Platform and may close your account by contacting support.
